Nationaal Warmtefonds is a financial initiative with a clear mission: to make sustainable home improvements accessible for everyone. Originally positioned as a loan provider, the brand has evolved into a trusted partner in the transition to energy-efficient living. More than just offering financial solutions, it actively supports homeowners in taking the next step—removing barriers, simplifying the process, and ensuring that sustainability is within reach for all.

Project information

From a financial lender to a supportive partner.

To better connect with homeowners and make sustainability feel within reach, Nationaal Warmtefonds needed a more inviting and flexible identity. The logo was refined for better balance and usability, ensuring clarity across applications. A new typography system was introduced that blends trustworthiness with a modern, approachable feel, reinforcing the brand’s role as a reliable financial partner while making communication more engaging.

The color palette was expanded, introducing a broader range of complementary tones that add warmth and energy. The house icon evolved beyond the logo, becoming a bold yet welcoming graphic element used throughout the identity—framing messages, enhancing imagery, and creating a stronger sense of recognition.

Photography and art direction were redefined to capture real-life moments that feel relatable and reassuring. The result is a refreshed identity that feels clear, warm, and empowering, positioning Nationaal Warmtefonds as a trusted guide in the transition to sustainable living.
